In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (the "Law") and its regulations, a customer may cancel a transaction.
In any case of contradiction and/or inconsistency between these terms and the provisions of the Law, the provisions of the Law shall prevail.
- The cancellation period is from the day the transaction is made until 14 days from the day the product subject to the transaction is received or from the day the document containing the details listed in section 14c(b) of the Law is received (whichever is later).
- Notwithstanding the above, a customer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant may cancel within 4 months from the day the transaction was made, from the day the product subject to the transaction was received, or from the day the document containing the details listed in section 14c(b) of the Law was received, whichever is later, provided that the transaction included a conversation between the site's representatives and the customer, including a conversation via electronic communication.
- Transaction cancellation will be carried out by sending a cancellation notice (hereinafter: "Cancellation Notice") in one of the following ways:

- If a customer cancels a transaction according to the provisions of these regulations not due to a defect in the purchased product, the company may charge a cancellation fee not exceeding 5% of the product price or NIS 100 – whichever is lower. The customer shall state their name and identification number in every cancellation notice.
- If the customer received the product subject to the cancellation, they must make it available to the company at the place where it was delivered. If the cancellation is not due to a defect or non-conformity – the consumer must return the product to the company's address, at their own expense.
- A refund will be made by crediting the credit card with which the transaction was made or by the original payment method, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.
- The right of cancellation will not apply to goods manufactured especially according to the consumer's request, perishable goods, goods that can be recorded/reproduced that have been opened, information as defined in the Computers Law, or goods that cannot be returned by law.
- To maintain the integrity of the product, it is recommended to return it in its original packaging, complete and without any defect.
Exchanges
- Credit/exchange of a product, with an invoice or exchange slip only, will be possible up to 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the price tag has not been removed, the product and packaging are complete, and they have not been used.
- Credit for online purchases is valid for at least 24 months from the date of issue, and the customer is responsible for keeping it.
